I spent much of my early life living for anyone & everyone but myself.
For a long time I was ignorant to the fact that I was doing so.
Thank goodness that my life got so bad that I finally reached out for help and in turn began a journey of recovery and self-discovery that introduced me to the idea that it was healthy, courageous and wise to begin living an authentic life OF MY OWN :)
At this point in my life I am deeply feeling the results of building and embracing this life of my own and it's an incredible place to be!
How about you? Are you living a life of YOUR own? If so then YAHOOOOWHEEE!!! If not, then why not?
"Why am I doing what I'm doing" is the greatest question I have been courageous enough to ask myself AND continue to ask myself. It's changed my life in ways I didn't think possible.
Take a listen to this episode and perhaps you'll be inspired to ask yourself that question, for the first time ever OR for the millionth time, and in turn either embark on your own journey to begin building an authentic life of YOUR own OR digging deeper into the life you've already begun to build!
